AIST, Research Center for Photovoltaics will hold the 4th annual symposium presenting research activity and achievement in FY2007, concerning solar cell technologies using c-Si, thin film Si, compound semiconductors, organic materials, characterization technologies of solar cells and systems and their transfer to private sectors. The recent activities on the calibration of reference cells and regional and international collaborations will be also reported.
