Registration Procedure for Programs Organized by SEMI
- Select a program from one of the session schedules. Schedules are accessible via the buttons above. Clicking on a session title within a schedule will take you to the details page for that session.
- Click the “Register” button on the program details page.
- Confirm the program title and its price.
- If you wish to add another session, click “Add Other Seminars”.
- Repeat above steps until you have added all the sessions you wish to attend.
- Click “Place Order” to proceed to payment and complete your registration.
Note: A user name and password are required in order to register. If this is your first time registering for a SEMI event in Japan, please proceed to user registration.
Upon receipt of your registration, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Print the confirmation email and bring it with you on the day of the program.
For non-free programs:
- SEMI accepts major credit cards (such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club) for payment.
- Cancellation Policy: Full refunds will be given for cancellations received within 9 days of application. No refunds will be given after 10 days of application and after July 24 for any reason. Substitutions are accepted.
Registration procedure for programs organized by other associations
25th Annual JPEA Symposium on Photovoltaic Generating Systems other programs organized by other associations will require a separate registration. Please refer to the relevant association’s website for details. (Links can be found at the bottom of most session detail pages, which are accessible via the session schedules.)
